Coming Soon to a City Near You: Earth Aid Rewards for Saving Energy and Water

Those of you who caught Earth Aid's Congressional Briefing saw this coming, but today we're beginning to unveil the details of the first-ever rewards program for saving energy and water!
Starting in September in DC, Bethesda, and Hawaii, households signed-up at EarthAid.net will begin to earn Earth Aid Rewards Points each month for every kilowatt hour of electricity, cubic foot of natural gas, and gallon of water that they can save - Rewards Points that can be redeemed for exclusive savings and offers from local businesses.
With Earth Aid Rewards, you'll be able to multiply your energy bill savings when you recirculate those savings into the local economy - better vigilance about turning out lights before you leave the house or turning off the water while you brush your teeth doesn't just save you a couple dollars, it can also earn you a free frozen yogurt or a discount to your favorite restaurant!
Here's how it works:

Screenshot from the Earth Aid Dashboard
The green bars represent your usage in each month of last year.
The purple bars represent your usage this year.
When the purple bar is lower than the green bar for a month, you've earned Earth Aid Rewards Points!
When you sign-up with Earth Aid and link your utility accounts, we go ahead and retrieve your historical consumption information from each of your utilities. Each month, we retrieve your latest consumption information from those same utilities - if you used less electricity (or gas, or water) than you did during the same period last year, you earn Earth Aid Rewards Points! In this case, your Earth Aid Rewards Point balance will increase; if you used more this year than last, your balance will shrink. At any time, you can choose to redeem your Earth Aid Rewards Points for any of the offers from Earth Aid Rewards Partners. Simply choose the Rewards Offer you'd like to receive, click to cash in your points, print your coupon and enjoy!
Earth Aid Rewards Partners are pioneering businesses that want to encourage energy and water savings in the community - they're businesses that recognize that when households in the neighborhood save energy, the local environment and the local economy benefit. It's free for businesses to become Earth Aid Rewards Partners; all you have to do to join the network is to register your Rewards offer here and agree to honor your Earth Aid Rewards Coupon when your new customers earn, print, and bring it to your place of business!
When are we coming to your neighborhood?
The first Earth Aid Rewards communities are launching in Washington, D.C., Bethesda, MD, and Hawaii in early September. We're choosing where we go next based on local interest and demand - the best measure of this is how many members we have in your area (so invite your friends!) and how many businesses in your area are interested in joining our Rewards Partner Network. (so tell your favorite businesses!) We also welcome creative displays of interest and proposals for interesting partnerships, so please do drop us a line if you'd like to earn Earth Aid Rewards in your neighborhood!

I am Hemant Meshram (B.Tech) running a company Epicene Technologies at Mumbai, offering IT related services to people.
We have build our own yellow pages website named as www.shodhonline.com.
I would like to implement the Earthaid's idea of carbon credit business in mumbai and india.
The population of mumbai is 300 million and india's population is more than 1 billion. Out of this 80% of population in mumbai and on average 65% population has legitimate electric connection.
Also, many people are now literate and has strong urge to save on energy and cost.
So, keeping in mind of above details, even if 10% of customers are tapped then it will be good achievement to the business.
Looking forward to partner with you in india and positive reply.
Thanks
